Susan Schiveley is the founder of Innovative Property Solutions.  The company was incorporated in 2014 as a California-based Real Estate company and has since become a fast-growing company in Mohave County.  


Mrs. Schiveley has served on the Board of Realtors in Arizona and California. She is currently a member of the Professional Standards Committee within the Arizona Association of Realtors and supports community organizations in the tri-state area.


In 2020, Mrs. Schiveley opened a property management division that currently manages 100+ residential homes from Needles, CA to Kingman, AZ, intending to add commercial properties to her business portfolio in 2021. Additionally, Innovative Property Solutions acquired Golden Shores Realty in Topock/Golden Shores, giving her (3) office locations for all your real estate needs.


Susan has been in the Real Estate business as an Agent/Broker in Bullhead City, Fort Mohave, Mohave Valley, Topock/Golden Shores, and Lake Havasu area for approximately (6) years and has been doing business in Southern California for (16) years.

Hello, my name is Lori Kraft and I’m the Managing Broker at Innovative Property Solutions.

Prior to becoming a Real Estate Agent, I worked for one company for 21 years. The culture of this company was education and customer service. My experience throughout that career helped shape the businessperson that I am today. My past positions include Sales Associate, Administrative Assistant, Buyer, Regional Merchandise Support Manager, Inventory Analyst, & Department Specialist.

I became a realtor in 2005 and immediately emerged myself in Education. I have taken great efforts in educating myself and earned the Graduate Realtor Institution (GRI) designation in 2006 and then my Broker License designation in 2010. From the beginning I wanted to be involved with our community as well as contribute in some way my passion for education. I served on Board of Directors for the Bullhead City/Mohave Valley Association of Realtors as Chair of the Education Committee and several Director positions as well as and including President Elect and President.

My whole working life has been Customer Service and I like helping people. I was raised in Southern California and fell in love with  the Bullhead City/Laughlin area since I started vacationing here in 1994. I always knew I would make the area my forever home and I did in 2018!


Becoming a Realtor® three years ago was the right move for me. I’ve helped many Sellers sell their home and helped Buyers find either their vacation home, or their forever home too. As my career advanced, I found my stride working with Buyer's and Seller's of a sleepy retirement/tourist town. I am an expert in helping my Clients achieve their Real Estate goals and being their advocate throughout the whole process. I am licensed in Arizona and Nevada, so I can help you on both sides of the beautiful Colorado River!


I live in Bullhead City with my boyfriend Mike Warr, also my Real Estate partner, and our 2 fur baby's Harley and Kawi. In my free time, I enjoy riding my Harley Davidson Tri-Glide motorcycle, seeing live music performed, hanging out with friends & family, traveling the country, and visiting Bearizona as often as I can.

Born and raised in Huntington Beach, California, Debbie grew up vacationing with family and friends along the banks of the Beautiful Colorado River.   In 1998 when her husband's job took them to Texas she continued to vacation here.   Friends always asked her why she traveled 18 hours to vacation, she simply said "Have you seen the Colorado River?"  


In 2012 after their children left for college they moved to their home in Bullhead City.  Debbie was encourgaed by their Realtor to become an agent.  In July of 2014, Debbie became a Licensed Arizona REALTOR ®.  Her business is sustained exclusively from satisfied customers and referral business.  Debbie has a gift for working with out-of-state buyers and snowbirds alike to purchase the absolute right home.  


Partnering  with her husband Kevin who is now a full time Realtor after a successful banking career, they strive to give their clients what they expect, excellent attention to details.

Kevin spent most of his professional career in Corporate Trust Banking working for The Bank of New York Mellon, Citibank, and Alliance Bank of Arizona.  As a traveling sales professional, he traveled all major cities in North America including Toronto and Montreal.  During a stint covering European clients, Kevin traveled to London, Paris, and Rome on bank business. 


Kevin has received multiple industry awards for excellence in selling but most proud of the “Chairman’s Circle Award” issued by BNY Mellon in 2007.

After two years of part time service to the Real Estate business, Kevin has joined Debbie full time and continuing a legacy of putting the client’s needs first.

I have been in the Real Estate business for 8+ years and am enjoying every minute of it! My primary responsibility is to assist people through their new beginnings, whether that be buying or selling their homes. Prior to this, I spent 23 years in the financial industry in a variety of roles from project manager to VP of Marketing Programs and Web Design. In addition to my finance background, I spent three years owning, building, and running several franchised hair salons and owning an investment property and rentals. This experience has allowed me to develop my leadership, team building, and marketing skills which I have been able to apply to my Real Estate Business.  It has always been a dream of mine to build a career and business in Real Estate and I am having the time of my life!!

After high school I joined the United States Navy and became an electronics tech. with radar ,communication  gear,fire control , and navigation certifications. That was 1962.

Next I went to Aerojet General as a test engineer on the Mark 46 torpedo.I went to work for General  Telephone next  as sales rep.  Before long  I was a   Senior Communication Consultant .I was an eight time Top sales leader  in California. I became area  Manager and was given a"Golden  Hand Shake " when I retired from GTE. The next position was at Home depot in the garden dept as it seems I was over qualified for everything else .I became the pro desk mgr.I spent 13 years years there.I moved to Topock,Az .2006.The move gave me the chance to lose my Type "A" personality and relax .I started  with Golden Shore Realty in 2020  where I was the leading male salesman for that year.I soon was to start for Innovative  Property Solutions  which has been a pleasure except for the fact that Mr Type "A" may be returning ! 


have been doing real estate for the past 11 years. I have represented buyers and sellers. A part of that time, I also worked directly with Fannie Mae and sold more than 200 REO's. Prior to working as a Real Estate Agent, I worked on the mortgage side for 7 years doing residential home loans.  I feel I can better help my clients as I have worked on both sides of the transaction and know the steps to close a transaction successfully and problem solve any issues that may arise.

My family is number one in my life.  I am married and have 3 wonderful children.  Being in real estate has given me the freedom to be the hands on mom that I want to be while being able to successfully serve my client's needs.  I love helping first time home buyers and families find the home of their dreams and then turn it into reality.

Born July 2, 1969.  Ron is the father of a bunch of children.  He was a graduate of USC with a bachelors degree in finance and a minor in real estate.  Ron became a property manager in Century City and then began his real estate career as an agent in California.  Ron invested in real estate buying and reselling homes long before the concept was a reality tv show and he continues to invest currently.


Ron moved to Arizona and became an Arizona real estate agent.  Ron met his wife, Karla Dowdy, in Arizona while she was working as an escrow office.  Ron and Karla adopted six children to add with Karla's older three children.  Ron Later went back to school to become a lawyer in California and is practicing law in Needles California and real estate in both states. 


Jennifer Stabile is a busy happily married mom of a 3, commited public worker and a professional real estate agent.

She has been specializing in  residential properties and brings an abundance of energy, dedication and great negotiating skills to her clients for over 8 years. Jennifer and her husband have both lived in the Corona/Norco area over 40 years. Jennifer loves to spend time with her family, go camping and desert riding.

My name is Tanya Fowler-Waddell and I am the office manager for Innovative Property solutions. I manage all the office aspects of the Rental division. I am proud to be a member of the IPS TEAM.  


I have a combined 20 years in various management positions from office manager to on-site property manager, with a variance of extended stay motels to apartments to mobile home/RV parks. 


 Of course, life isn’t all about work.  When I am not assisting Clients or Property Owners, or managing the maintenance department, I am just like every other person who enjoys spending time with my family. The tri-state area is a great place to enjoy water activities, a little casino fun, or old west towns. 


I commit to giving the best quality of service and representation. My goal is to make any client, whether Property owner or current and or prospective tenant feel as though they matter and would never want to go anywhere else because they are in good hands.
